Booking
Every customer is required to provide accurate information during the booking process. Once a booking is completed and payment is received, Nomikos Estate will issue and send a booking confirmation via email.
This confirmation must be presented on the day of the visit.
Payment
All bookings made through the Nomikos Estate website must be paid online via Viva Payments. This secure payment system supports multiple methods, including:
- Credit or debit cards
- Digital wallets (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- Online banking options
Once payment is received, a booking confirmation will be issued and sent to your email. This email must be shown digitally on the day of the visit.
Rates
All rates are quoted per person, unless otherwise stated in the tour description, and include the Tour and Tasting experience. Rates include local taxes and are subject to change without prior notice. Clients with confirmed bookings will not be required to pay any difference in the event of a price increase.
Cancellation Policy
No cancellation fees apply if the date or time of a confirmed Tour & Tasting Experience is changed, provided that:
- The request is sent by email at least two (2) days before the scheduled tour, and
- The requested date or time is available.
Refund Terms
- 48 hours or more before the experience:
Full refund minus 10% processing and card fees
- 24–47 hours before the experience:
50% of the total amount will be charged
- Less than 24 hours or No Show:
No refund
Guests who arrive late will be considered a No Show, and the experience will be cancelled without refund.
If a cruise ship fails to dock in Santorini due to weather or other circumstances, a full refund will be granted.
